Need help - have the old ITE and XP

I wonder if anyone can help me. Browsing through my stuff, I found the old 1994 ITE CD. Unfortunately, I now have XP. I really don't want to buy another copy of the game just because of that. And the game insists on not running on XP. Isn't there a patch for it, or something?
