Inherit the Earth RPG? Novel?

It seems to me that a lot of effort went into making this game back when it was first done, and a lot of effort in bringing it back to modern computer levels. I was curious about whether or not there was plans on expanding the universe of Inherit the Earth other then the comic strip?

Perhaps a pencil/paper RPG? Maybe a couple novels? a part-two CD rom game?

We've considered doing all those products. The only one we're actively working on is the game sequel, which is still being designed.
