The final entry in a ranger’s journal reveals clues to a terrible secret: wandering horrors from the sky have been ravaging secluded settlements all across the mountains and valleys of the Tanz in the last few years, taking all they can carry and enslaving those that survive the assault. The journal also has a prediction of which village will be the next target of attack: the faming community of Woodsend!

The learned sage, Gaspar Uberbellum, has made it known that he seeks to hire a party of stalwart adventurers to find and explore a lost temple dedicated to the veneration of dragons and their humanoid children, the dragonborn. Within this Temple of the Dragon Kin is supposedly a powerful magic item that the sage covets: the Helm of the Dragon Lord. The group will be paid handsomely for successfully locating, extracting, and returning the Helm to Gaspar.

Sounds like a profitable arrangement! Simple really. Well, the adventurers should expect to encounter deadly traps, inscrutable puzzles, and powerful guardians along the way. One day a group of adventurers, just minding their own business, traveling between one town to another, notices something that sparks their curiosity off the road. They find an isolated shrine and, inside, an elderly, wizened, bald man in grey robes. He greets the party and reveals via a tarot card reading an intriguing side quest: saving the beloved friend of a demigoddess from within a bewitched hedge maze, and defeating the perpetrator of this kidnapping, the lich Ulsus Malachite.

The party members agree the undead fiend will not be caught unprepared. The maze will likely be full of foul beasts and devious traps that will try to stop foes from thwarting his plans by destroying the unwary. The elder hints that the demigoddess will grant priceless rewards, including a heart’s desire, with a successful rescue. Can the adventurers survive to claim it? Heroic Havoc™ #1: Instant Circus Is Going to Get You! is a scenario for Mutants & Masterminds™ characters of Power Level 10 to 11. This module includes write-ups of the villains (with drawings and backgrounds), a map of the encounter areas, introductory material to assist getting the heroes into the encounter, and suggestions for follow-up adventures. Total length is 22 pages.

Wyrmkeep Dungeons™ Presents Maps #1: Buildings, Castles and Dungeons is a helpful supplement for any Game Master who seeks assistance in crafting their own homebrew fantasy RPG scenarios. This supplement is chock-full or maps of various sizes from single shops, extensive structures, multi-floor edifices and dungeons that cover two full pages. There is even a map that violates Euclidian geometry!

The maps are accompanied by notes that provide background on the nature of the buildings and provide encounter ideas, making this supplement much more than just a simple collection. With some additional effort, the commentary can be expanded to create complete adventures! Finally, a number of illustrations are interspersed among the pages to offer inspiration.
