I was wondering if you had any intentions of revisiting the world of Farr at some point with FTA3 or something ^_^

I the copyright holder is "The Dreamer's Guild" which was bankrupt, who the person, or persons that holds the right now ?

And who holds the rights for future FTA games (if there ever will be). ?

I wonder about that too, i wanted to develop a multiplayer mod for FTA 2, but I dont know where to get the source code from.

Although Faery Tale Adventure was developed by David "Talin" Joiner, the original publisher Microillusions owned the rights initially. When that company when belly-up, allegedly the rights were purchased by Hollyware or its owner David Boyles. Hollyware has been out-of-business for over a decade, and I have lost contact with Mr. Boyles.

I tried to buy the rights to FTA from Mr. Boyles at one time, but nothing came of that.

The rights to Halls of the Dead (FTA 2) are not clear to me. although Wyrmkeep Entertainment does own some rights related to the game engine (as it is a successor to the Inherit the Earth game engine).

I know that the ScummVM team has been looking into supporting Halls of the Dead, but I don't know what the status is.

And, before you ask, it is highly unlikely I would be willing to distribute the source code to anyone.
