Problem with DOS version of ITE!

Hi there,
I picket up a copy of the DOS version of ITE from ebay (yep, I collect the versions, I also got the CD version for the Amiga), it came and i thougt it was all there, I was wrong! :/ I heard of a Card that you need to play the game, a serialcode card! There was nothing like it in the package!?

Can anyone scan this card and upload it or is this illegal?

PS.: I don´t know where to ask for this but here!? I also mailed the seller, he had found no card! :/

Look on page 25 of the instruction book.  There will be a list of "A Few Notable Morphs."  This is the list of character names you will need to get past the copy protection routine.
