The Boar illustration up right now looks far more intimidating than the one's used in the game despite the stone weapon rather than the metal ones used by the Boar in the manual illustration. He also looks to be in better shape. XD
The Boar's appearance in the game is more "comical" than either April Lee's early sketch (http://www.inherittheearth.net/illus/alee-boarspear.html) or Monika Livingstone's drawing (http://www.inherittheearth.net/illus/mlivingstone-boar.html). I haven't posted the drawing of the Boars by Ed Kline yet -- his art is much less cuddly (see his Wolf here (http://www.inherittheearth.net/illus/ekline-wolf.html)).
Livingstone's drawing reminds me of a Dwarf for some reason. Probbly the foamy mug in his hand. XD
